for 6 months, the incubator cohort meets virtually for monthly skills building sessions.


EXECUTIVE
COACHING

Goals assessment and 1:1 executive coaching session at the beginning, so you can tie the program learning to your career goals and vision

MONTHLY LIVE TRAINING

6 x 3 hour live, interactive skills-building sessions in a small cohort, so you can learn how to lead your career with confidence

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Interaction with senior leaders in the industry through classroom sessions, panel discussion and in-person events, so you can grow your network

ON-THE-JOB ASSIGNMENTS

Guided worksheets and on-the-job assignments for each session, so you can translate your learning into practice
