How can you create opportunities in your current role to deliver results your manager would typically be responsible for?
EMOTIONAL MATURITY:
Do you have the maturity to assess a difficult situation, plan mitigation, and deliver critical results?
How have you handled difficult personnel situations?
How have you done work that’s “above your paygrade” to take initiative and made life easy for your team?
RESULT?
Six Director-level interviews within two months of working together after hearing crickets for two years!
