Through this 6-months program, participants learn to lead authentically, get comfortable with self-advocacy and expand their network, so they can become confident contributors to their organization's success.

for 6 months, the incubator cohort meets virtually for monthly skills building sessions.

COACHING

Leadership Development assessment and 1:1 executive coaching session at the beginning, so you can tie the program learning to your career goals and vision

MONTHLY LIVE TRAINING

6 x 3 hour live, interactive skills-building sessions in small cohort, so you can learn how to lead your career with confidence

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Interaction with experienced facilitators with public sector experience so you can gain real-world experience and grow your network

ON-THE-JOB ASSIGNMENTS

Guided worksheets and on-the-job assignments for each session, so you can translate your learning into practice
