Next, they keyword-optimized their LinkedIn for target roles to ensure they can get interviews directly to their inbox. They learned how to use LinkedIn analytics to always ensure their LinkedIn generated them a pipeline of interviews, without even applying online.

3. Relentlessly prepared for interviews

Once they were confident their Resume and LinkedIn would get them interviews, they then focused heavily on interview prep. They created high-impact examples using my proprietary SOARR interview technique, and practiced weekly mock interviews with myself and my team to quickly 10X their interview skills.

4. Never gave up on themselves
