- What do the 30-60-90 days look like on the job?
- What does a typical day look like on the job?
- Who are the key stakeholders I will work with in this role?
- What do the team members say is the best part about working for company X?
- What kind of management style do you believe in?
- How is performance evaluated in the team?
- What internal and external resources are available, so I can accelerate my learning curve?
- What opportunities exist for internal career growth in the company?
- How has the Fed rate hike impacted the business outlook?
- How has the vision and north star of the team changed with the slowdown in the economy?
- What are the top three priorities for Company X for the Europe market?

Remember, the interviewer is not only hiring you for your experience and skills. They are hiring you for your strong interest to join and grow within the company.
Show that you are truly interested in the company’s growth and your growth within the company.
That’s the only way to seal the deal.
