AFTER: She got clear on her target role. She then used my “200k Resume” process to work backward from the target roles to identify the right keywords and job titles to bring on her Resume. This helped her create ONE keyword-optimized version of her Resume that clearly highlighted her impact. No more tweaking her Resume for every single application.

BEFORE: Her LinkedIn had a picture of her from 10 years ago, had no details filled in for any of her role, and didn’t even pop up in the public search.
AFTER: She followed my step-by-step guidelines to update her LinkedIn in less than an hour. She learned the filters recruiters use for sourcing candidates and used this to ensure her setting are correct for maximum visibility for her target roles.
